Can't you just setup another dial-up account? I have ran multiple accounts before with dial-up. All you would need to do is select the account you wish to connect with. Set one as your default account.

Just normal in NY. Some winters we get a January thaw like this year. I believe the user should be educated. A decent anti virus program can identify phishing emails but one still needs to be alert. Additional toolbars are a bane to society. People need to get their act together and stop thinking that the promised land lies in the click of a link.
