Oh my, this is so scary!!! Please give copies of all the email, etc info you have on hand now to the local police, school authorities (in case the guy knows where she goes to school from something she might have said), and the FBI and do it NOW! That way it is on their case log, and say you will give them any new stuff if any more comes. Wait to alert your isp until you hear what the authorities want to do first. They might want to set up a sting on the guy and would probably need that email addy to start it. As for bombarding him with emails, virus, etc I would say don't stoop to that level

I'm sure glad to hear at least two of you (latest) hurricane path people are doing ok! I hope the others can check in as soon as they get power back and things get back to something like normal for living in mother nature's path of fury. Take care folks, stay safe. Pat. God bless everyone.

That is so sad to lose those military men. Like ship wrecks off the coast, port is often near...yet so far away to reach it in time, just like this plane and the NAS...so near yet so far. We lost several military men in a training run up the Columbia river near Arlington or The Dalles, Oregon about a year ago or so. They had come up from California to train with our Portland Air National Guard. As I remember one plane clipped the wing of another? though with my memory I could be way wrong on this. I do remember one plane broke up over the river, but the men had parachuted out. One survivor, an

I was so tired from working on a front porch repair project with hubby, that I think I was asleep by the time I hit the pillow. So didn't dream at all I don't think. Probably will be the same tonight too. I like that idea for using hijackthis to get rid of not only worms/ virus/trojans but reptiles too. But I think it is time to call "CritterGetter" with this big a problem. I'll leave it to the cat to "guard" us while we sleep. She is really a good guard too...the minute she hears or sees something she comes stomping all over us and paws at my face to tell me to get busy and solve whatever is

Honeybun can have "my" rocking chair when I'm not there, and my lap when I am. Now we just need to add a doggy door to backyard, and everyone who walks the dog remember to be a good neighbor and clean up after him...plastic bags on the counter by the door...we don't want Liz stepping in anything bad when she comes out of Whiskeyman's next door! Thanks for saving Honeybun Mac and I am sure the pup will be a great mascot. I knew you were a softy inside that genuis/inventor exterior!!! Pat. God bless everyone.

Praise God that the plane landed safely with no fires (other than the front tires), and not even nose down but still on what was left of the front landing gear. We were watching it for about last half hour while having a sandwich supper in living room. And we were praying for the pilot to remember all his training and for a safe landing. I started crying when the tires caught fire but it was only from landing gear tires and didn't spread. Thank God. I bet that is why the pilot had nose up as he landed and used up about 75% of runway before putting nose down so the nose gear wouldn't drag to

Yep, first thing I thought of was to hot glue the egg!!! (partially cooking it maybe?). As for the air bubble...I think old eggs have less of an air cushion. Toothpicks all around facing downward from narrow end to fat end close to shell, then make a wider cage of picks not touching the previous one, and then attach lateral toothpicks from one set of toothpicks to the other to hold the egg in sort of a suspension perhaps? Question: What type of toothpicks can you use? Rounded ones might be stronger, or flat rounds, but those skinny ordinary sliver ones even break off in your teeth so I would

I want that dawg Mac, extremely rare, just a tiny bit warmed, please....!!! Ah little pup now I have you safe and secure from Mac, I'll just sit here in "my" rocking chair in the corner and hide you away so no one can chew you up/out. I think I'll name you "honeybun" little pup. Seems to fit you just fine. Ah, So sweet a puppy!!! Pat. God bless everyone.

Glue, What Do I Use For Rubber Door Guard?

I think the best thing for that condition is wiring the jaw shut, a vet did that for a cat I had as a kid when it had a broken jaw...of course as long as it was at the vet's the vet neutered it too but maybe you don't want to go quite that far with the treatment...? The most important thing is for everyone in contact with the patient be sure to remember the most important part of any recovery from a traumatic injury is to treat the patient with lots of love....so here are my hugs for the day... Love, hugs, and time, seem to be the best thing for the patient's long term recovery from these -
As so many on G4 seem to like to say on any thread with any problem....reformat, and get firefox. ha ha! Now I would just get out of there and never come back. Sell the house and everything in it as is. Or as someone else said burn it down. How did the snake get in there, what did it eat, and how many friends does it have around the house? Is that a computer you worked on? If so how fast did you move away??? I know I am going to have nightmares tonight. Yuck!!! I may rethink my mouse problems awhile back as not being so bad afterall, compared to a snake anywhere near me!!! Pat. God bless e

Topped off the motorhome gas tank on the way home from having propane tank valve replaced today. Propane fill was $1.85 a gallon for the just over 11 gallons we needed (after they had bled/burned off the propane left in tank to work on it which really bothered me for the waste, besides being scary), and the price seemed quite reasonable compared to what we have paid other years elsewhere. Gasoline was still $2.77, down from high of $2.81 a couple of weeks ago. Needed almost 10 gallons, oh my! Still would like to take a trip to the coast if my jury duty next Tues doesn't stretch out much long

So Marty has the snow stopped there yet? And what was the final amount? What temperature range during the snow fall? Is more snow predicted for you? I have heard that western Oregon state, and western Washington state, here in the NW corner of the US are quite similar in geography, and climate, to your New Zealand (just a lot more people here unfortunately). NZ is one of the few countries I have ever wanted to visit due to those similarities and for other reasons too. Let's see your Sept would be like Feb is here. And if we get snow during a winter, it is very likely to be in Feb (often right

Lots of good ones there Marty. Thanks. Pat. God bless everyone.

I am 61, living in a different part of the NW but still on the rainy side of Cascade mountains so the climate is generally the same as where I grew up in the Puget Sound area of Wa as it is now. But I remember as a small child in late 40's and early 50's of it being much colder with more snowstorms, also a lot more rain then compared to now. Sure there are variances here versus where I grew up, such as the Columbia River Gorge is a major funnel for cold air pouring through giving us our famous ice storms, but even they have not been as frequent as they were 30 to 35 years ago when I first cam

I am so glad to see "the list" now at Besttechie's. Thanks to all who made it possible. Barb, thanks for starting this thread so we would know it was now available here. I may not have seen it otherwise. Thanks for the history of "the list", and I just peaked at your website JSKY, and added it to my favorites for hubby for XP system he uses at work. It was sure like a trip down memory lane to see the TTV CFH's precious "list". I am glad you saved it as it was!!! Pat. God bless everyone.
