Boot into the Bios and make sure Wake on LAN isn't enabled. If that doesn't work shut the computer off, unplug it then remove the Ethernet card from the computer. Plug the computer back in and start it in Safe Mode. Try removing the drivers then.

I finally have a moment to relax for a short while. Things have been hectic for the past few weeks. I graduated to the Junior class at GeekU, cleaned my property of downed trees caused by the last couple seasons of winter storms, repaired several computers and prepared my trucks for the upcoming work season. Now all I have to do is study and complete all of the new exercises at GeekU, build one new computer for a client and upgrade my computer before I go back to work. Spring cleaning time is here.

CCleaner will delete the Index.dat. Be careful of what you check for cleaning when setting it up. When downloading it uncheck the Yahoo Toolbar option. Also if you attempt to run the Issues option beware of what is on the list before allowing the fix. Always allow it to backup. Create a folder in My Documents for CC Backup. If something is broken you can just double click the backup file to restore it.
