This sounds ridiculous how can Vista a new operating system not have a driver. But just get a card reader for the card in your camera, I would hope Vista would be able to read a card reader.

Man Bear Pig... love that show. The Thunderstorm that went through monday night took down a old willow in my back yard. The weather has been excellent sense, it's actually kind of cool right now.

We had some thunderstorms last night with more lightening then I can remember. Electricity was out for a few hours. Today perfect again. 79 degrees, blue sky, dry and a little breeze.

Is anyone else HOT! 99 degrees hazy and humid like a steam bath. Suppose 80's and dry tomorrow.

Sounds like poison ivy. You sure it's a bug bite?

It's pretty cool but doesn't really offer anything other then adding a geek merit badge to your pocket protecter in front of your less tech savvy friends.

Well I'll go with the flow and post a youtube video. Check out 13 year old Desiree Bassett jammin' with Living Color.

My guess is it's supposed to be a very custom mid 30's Pontiac Business Coupe.

I have a Mac Plus that still runs. In order to avoid reinstall problems in the future get yourself a external hard drive and a copy of super duper. Make a clone of your drive, anything goes wrong, your system, apps and data are on the external drive and if you need to you can boot from the drive until you have time to clone back to the machines drive. Also if you make your living from a computer you really should still have a desktop as a main computer. Notebooks are great but just due to how they are treated and how delicate the parts are they tend to be less reliable then a desktop. That sai

Content is king if you have good content then the Digg and all the other buttons will come into play. To start link to other pages and get other popular site to link to your site. Also a link to your site in your signature here wouldn't hurt either.

I have a really old Slik u212 thats a little heavy but great if I don't travel far. I also have a cheap Slik about $30, it's flimsy but travels well, I broke the crank handle off but still does the job. Get yourself a beanbag, I carry one everywhere, small and conforms to any surface and holds the camera steady enough even for moderately slow speed shooting.

Episode March 4th, 2008 Camera Suggestion Help!
isteve replied to richandcreamy's topic in The BestTechie UStream/Radio
I'm a big fan of the Lumix line been using a FZ20 for a few years. Manual control is nice but sometimes tough to implement on a small camera. The longer zoom on the T5K also not much good on a pocket size camera hard to hold still. Especially with the slower shutter speeds you will need as longer focal lengths mean smaller aperture. But it may be worth the better video quality. Defiantly a great pocket camera. I just bought a Casio EX-S10, had I done more homework I think the FX35K would be my carry everywhere camera. If you need a good camera and the ultra portable size looks like a winner. H -
Been sunny and hovering around 80 since friday and more to come.

I'm waiting for the next touch but I already have a 30 gig and a shuffle. I do like the idea of being able to browse the net on the touch. I also love the nano's the size is perfect, just big enough to watch short videos but small enough to carry anywhere and not be cumbersome. If you don't need 80 gigs of music with you all the time do yourself a favor and play with the nano for a while. You won't believe how little my 30 gig gets used and I use my shuffle 3 or 4 hours a day 5 days a week.

Crazy weather, snow yesterday and 70 degrees, humid and foggy today. Mother nature must be playing some kind of april fools joke. The tops going down on the miata first sunny day even if it's freezing out. It's now officially pothole season.
