Another suggestion is to stagger your reports... do one credit bureau each 4 months, that way you have more up to date information if something does happen that you need to know about faster. There is a very good long article at the Snopes site about this. As mentioned earlier, it is opt in only. And it isn't for telemarketers anyhow, but directory assistance. Yes you can list your cell phone number with the Federal Do Not Call List site, but it is not necessary to for privacy protection, as the future proposed list will be opt in only. I saw gas at $1.89 at one nearby station today, and $1.99 at the one across the street from that one. I think they are waiting till good weather to hike the prices sky high again. As for heating oil, I understand it is out of sight price-wise. Now that just wouldn't work with my impulse fast temper, I can't back off and plan out something to do, it is do it now or never!!!
