  1. I always do my own reloads. I set some up for hunting and some for target. I subscribe to Guns & Ammo plus many other magazines dealing with shooting sports. Some states have outlawed FMJ rounds. There are other rounds that work just as well. You will need to study what works best in that rifle and for what you want to do. Have that rifle inspected before using any military rounds or hot loads. http://www.ammobank.com/ http://www.midwayusa.com/ The Gun Guy http://www.sniperworld.com/ Google:ultimate reloading
  2. Thank you! With all the 90's and 100's I was feeling a little low. Like another poster I blew off a couple questions (kept reading & re-reading the list of original colonies til they all looked the same, for example). That's my excuse anyhow. I am thoroughly impressed with all the high scores. As the test site states, they culled the TOUGHEST questions from the available ones (Umm, thirteen stripes was tough? What they stood for was tough?).
  3. Norton! I believe that is your problem. There may still be files left behind causing the issue. To change a Service to Automatic double click on the service and under the General tab change the Startup type: box to Automatic, click Start button, clcik Apply then click OK. RPC Locater should be set to Manual. The regular RPC = Automatic. Network Connection and WMI both Automatic. Using the Norton Removal Tool
  4. What anti-virus program are you using and does it have it's own firewall? In Services check Windows Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) to see if it's set to Automatic and running. Also check to see if it's dependencies (Network Connection, Remote Procedure Call (RPC) and Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI)) are set to Automatic and running.

  7. Looks like today will be celebration day. It is perfect outside and all my chores have been completed. It's ladies night at my old bar so I'll just pop in over there later and see what's available.

  9. Does it fail when not using a proxy? A proxy connection can cause a slow down when sending. The message may be timing out.
  10. Here's the drivers from Jetway. Scroll down to 645/650/740 Serial. You will need to figure out which of the drivers on the list your board needs.
  11. I'm just sitting here watching the rain drops fall, again. It needs to stop. We have 11 counties now declared federal disaster zones because of the flooding. At least it is cool for now. I'll take that over 90 degrees and muggy.
  12. Limewire can bite you in the ass if you're not careful. tsk, tsk.
  13. Such a fun day it was. Plaster, lathe and crappy rock wool insulation. I have several more rooms to do. The main kitchen was just the first. Part of the kitchen roof blew off during the major wind storms this winter and spring and the leaks destroyed the plaster. I am going to replace the whole roof with metal. Once that is done I can start on the rest. The main kitchen needs to be completely remodeled. The previous owner built the kitchen cabinets himself out of plywood and 2 X 2 studs back in the early '60s. There must be 30 coats of paint on them. He painted everything the last time, includ
  14. The plaster is down and most shoveled into garbage cans. It's getting very muggy and looks like another storm coming in. Time for an extended break until it gets cooler.
  15. Thanks. Real relaxing day. I'm knocking down a lathe and plaster ceiling. I take a break and relax while the dust settles. I think I'll head over to my old bar later for a couple of cold ginger ales.
  16. The only driver that a game should complain about is the graphics driver. If it is complaining about a SiS driver then it must be referring to onboard video which should be disabled if you are using an AGP/PCI MX 4000.

  18. I have found nothing during my 5+year search of any free software for what you and I want to do. Most of what I found was inadequate or crippled. I rely on my skills learned in high school drafting classes 35 years ago to draw my plans. I can do a far better job myself than with the so called free/free trial software offered on the net. For decent software expect to pay about $200 and up. Broderbund, Punch and Better Homes and Garden offer some of the best programs. This page contains some useful info on the paid programs. I get warned about a script when first visiting. I just click not to al
