I've worked on many major construction projects in the last thirty years. Three breweries, three nuclear plants, two colleges, two steam generating stations and several new communities. I can't remember how much it cost me to add a 14' x 20' carport on my old place in West Palm Beach. I think that's about right for the inspection and permit.
