I have to agree with nic and Nerelda This is still way to early to decide. I'm still waiting to see what Nerelda is going to put up for a banner. And who knows, I might try to make one to. Just not to sure cause I'll try putting one or two up in a flash formate. And allot of the people disable flash. So I'm not sure if it is a wise idea or not. But maybe just to see how it turns out. And it would take a couple days to put one together. My vote is for B. to decide when and how to do this.

I'm using 1.0 PR. and the only complaint I have is not all the extensions will work with it as of yet, but they are upgrading then to work. No Pop-up problem, when I get them I just run Ad-Aware and they go away. One thing nice about the newer version of 1.0 is you don't have to redownload the extensions, It now automaticly find and then searches for updated ones that are compatible.

You know, I've had an account there for a couple of years now. And I don't think I've posted more then a dozen times. I didn't know why I never stopped there more often. Had some gut feeling about the place. Now I know why. They probably were running a FBI background check on me or something. But I never had problems posting anything from my first post. Even when others were complaining about some sort of waiting period. That's OK. I like it here 1000 times better.

Do you mean your using a service like Tripod? If your using Tripod,(Never used any others). When you have your toolbar open for your site, and you check to add a picture, after you choose what picture to use it opens a page with options for size and placement. At this spot they usually have a spot to make a link and if you want the link to open on the same window or open a new window. Hope this helps somewhat.

Do you have the latset and greatest? Also check to see if there are any plugins or supported devices and drivers you might need. Just click on the top (where it says Windows Media Player) and go to tool and then downloads. See if there is anything that will help you there.

And with my typing skills of "hunt and peck". I'm not evengoing to try. LOL

(This won't work if the network admin. is good). Allot of administrators do not know how to block ports. They remove the icons or remove the paths for IE. In allot of cases, If you try brining up Windows Explorer ,(not internet explorer) And just type in a website address in the address bar. You will be able to get right on the internet without any problems.

I remember when everyone migrated over to G4. Pete was always there to help everyone feel at home. He is still trying. (but sorry to say, Pete is trying to create a miracle over there any more). But I will always support Pete.

How are you doing your web site? I have a master copy of mine on my PC. and do all the editing right here. Then I use SmartFTP to upload any changed pages to my web host and overwrite it. That way I can see how things look before I make any changes permanent. If you are using a different approach (free web host, etc.) on your site, let me know and I'll help you add a hyper link to it. They are different in how they work.
