Most of the members here are long time members of TechTV and the forums that were there. And we're talking a whole different ballgame then what goes on at G4.

I just r-click on the page you want and select edit. This opens up in M$ Word in edit mode. (I use microsoft word, works great for me) Then open IE. go to BestTechies forum. (you will need to do this to get the link) Then click on the banner to highlight it. Go to "Insert" on the top toolbar. And click on "hyperlink" This open up the hyperlink window. Where it says "or select from list" Click on "Inserted Links". Just highlight the BestTechies forum link and click OK. Then close out M$ Word and save changes "Yes" You can test it right away. Can you take the one, and just hit the edge of the whole banner with black, using the spraycan. Just mist it to take the sharp edge off.

I think this one is still better.

Now that's looks good on my site. Blends right in to look like part of the page, but is still good as being an ad for here. Now if it just said BestTechies Forum

The edge of the banner it's self. But keep the black outline of the letters, looks better on my site. And not much of a blend.

One more question. Can you make the edges blend into black? Instead of a solid cutoff line?

No problems with Firefox using either link. But when I use IE, the first link you gave takes me to my mail. But the second link gives me a "page not found on this server" error. Have you tried Firefox?

And just where were all these great sites when I started making my site. Sure would have been a great help.LOL

You Have a good point there. The background on my website is black. So any of the colors in a darker blue would be OK. And I was kinda wanting to to point them to the Forums. Could one be made that said "BestTechies.net Forums Where the power of tech takes over" The caption works great, it's perfect. Also. Could one or two be made vertical? I do have a nice spot off to the left hand side of my site for one that would run vertical.

Yes, it does take it's time. Not that it is slow. You can see what it is scanning, and it's moving through files really fast. Just *** well, it seems to be doing a full deep scan. And it did find a couple things that were missed by my other programs. I do believe that it's a program i'll keep and use. Also, you can scan Everything, just your Memory, or +Disk/Directory/File
