Mmmmm, coffee! Hot, strong, and black please. *YAWN* Scrambled eggs, black bread toast, and a bowl of fruit. Eat up folks! What a week this has been! Must be in the stars for all of us. Sorry about your window Mac, those kids should be sentenced to 5 years using Windows 95 Thought I would have a nice relaxing weekend off after the 1st week back to work. HA! There is just too dang much to do. Now, since the Brit is a geek, *I* have to give the string trimmer and chainsaw their spring #^$@%$(#&*^*#^@%@ get your a$$ started tune-up. Ya gotta love them dang small engines that are supposed

We are about average around here, $2.19 last time I filled the work van. A large bill when you have a 30 gal. tank And haul all this everyday. No light touch on the brake or gas trying to get the express mail off on time, that's for sure. Now my chevy pup, the great dane hauler, wants mid- premium gas but we drive very little miles because everything's so close to us. A fill up can last 2 weeks or more. (would probably be longer but I always seem to be in *express* mode) Must be that rock n roll in my soul. Spin off some Eagles, will ya Mac? In honor of their TV concert the other nite.

Good job TicToc! 3 weeks huh? we're all waiting on pins a needles.. Better have us some good pics.

So, somehow they have finally managed to count the money in our wallets before quoting a price. (knew that was gonna happen sooner or later)

Bleh! Back to work after 14 weeks off.... Too dang tired to even go out and look at the garden. Been clipping salad greens, and waiting for the pea pods. Had to divide a huge Hosta, thank God a friend had a home for more than a dozen large plants. Hated to just toss them.. (sucking up to the friends that own the "lake" house.)

Been to Clementines many times Blim. SH is great before the crowds take over. Did the tall ships several years back and insisted on getting there at daybreak. Had all the pics I wanted and breakfast done in town as the traffic picked up... Quickly slipped out of town as the line of cars (and people) got longer and longer. Yardening almost done for now... Just need to get some bails of straw to mulch the veggies. BTW Blim, about your Clamatis. Did you know the rule is: "feet in the shade, head in the sun"? And they are very late starting in the spring... It's might still come up! * Shifts into

Please, lets all also remember our local heros. The police, fire, and first responders in our communities. God bless all who wear a uniform for our protection.

Oohh my. It's been almost two weeks! Sorry folks. (*lights the Bar-B-Q for steaks, chicken, and veggies) Our 3 days on Lake Michigan turned into 4 What a great time it was... Kinda a belated honeymoon. A nice tour of South Haven and the Maritime Museum. A couple of great sunsets and a rip snortin' T-Boomer! Snugglin' with my Brit watching videos till late at nite. Walking with the critters on the beach for miles. Climbing the dunes. Taking pictures. Ya just gotta love Mich. Then it was home for some serious spring cleaning. (I'm going back to work Tues. after 14 weeks off for a broken wri

Fooled ya huh, Liz? Is it my immaturity or just my computer n00bness? Funny you thought that, these dang kids are so smart about computers I keep saying I have more grey hair then grey matter anymore. Anyway: I refuse to grow up! When you speak of "junk foods" I always read the lable. You will note plain ole potatoe chips, sun chips, popcorn, etc is really good stuff. But look at the ingredients of the fancy flavored ones... Yuk, it looks like something from a chemistry lab project. It's almost like I can taste the "plastic" (no pun intended) in them. I bought a Minute Maid Lemonade at McDon

Hmm, wonder if it's M$ software running it all?

Well, I have a couple of decades on most of you folks. I don't believe the cancer rate is going up, we are just more able to detect the different strains. Many people died years ago undiagnosed or unexplained. My Mom, bless her 79 year old soul, has smoked like a factory since she was 16. She still mows her own lawn and washes and waxes her car. They keep touching on the fact that cancer is genetic, more and more tests are being developed as we learn more about our genes and DNA. Already we have a test the shows a genetic disposition to breast cancer. If anything we ought to look harder at t

I believe you did the right thing helping to configure the application for best results. That said, I also believe you should just go to the IT head and explain to him/her that using a "for personal use" product could create some serious problems for the company. Steer them to the proper place and let them know that there is a program for corperate use. What they do with that information is up to them. You did your part.

Danger, danger. The sky is falling! Where do these doctors get these ideas so suddenly? Folks have been freezing food and ice cubes in plastic for many decades. Many of the foods you buy frozen at the stores are packed in plastic. Dang even blood and plasma is stored and, yes, frozen in plastic. So what do I think? I ain't dead yet and the docs need to get on with taking care of people, not "getting" something published for grants and professional esteem.

Ok, so gardening is the talk of the day.. Rules: water and fertilizer makes the grass grow. *don't do it!* don't rip out poison ivy barehanded, unless you're a masochist. and above all, take time to stop and smell the flowers.

Chappy, I know you from way back. Glad you got that off your chest. And start taking better care of your health. God Bless.

Doggie rules: NEWSPAPERS: If you have to go to the bathroom while playing in the front yard, always use the newspaper that's placed in the driveway every morning for that purpose. VISITORS: Quickly determine which guest is afraid of dogs. Charge across the room, barking loudly and leap playfully on this person. If the human falls down on the floor and starts crying, lick its face and growl gently to show your concern. BARKING: Because you are a dog, you are expected to bark. So bark - a lot. Your owners wi

Mac, the increments are ok.... just replace "week" with "day".

AhhhHa, Mac! I just knew it was you.. We ended up with 3 inches. Had to cover the baby greens in the garden. (sends off a big 880V transformer to Mac's house)
