Well, firefox doesn't regulate spam, or interfere with any of those things. Firefox's "safe" ness is more towards spyware, popups, tracking cookies, etc., things that affect your computer. I would just set all of the unpreferable emails as spam.

As long as there is 2+ users on windows, windows will always ask to log in. To auto log in, delete one of the users (whichever one, i'm not sure which one is more important) and make sure the remaining one doesn't have a password.
