The best therapy I found after fracturing a couple of lumbar vertebra and severely tearing the right side lumbar muscle was walking. The Motrin, Darvocet and Percocet did nothing. I lived with the pain for about three years. The worse pain was from the pinching of the Sciatic nerve due to the swelling created by the injury. I couldn't lay down, sit up or stand up with out that damn excruciating pain bringing tears to my eyes. You will need to retrain your back muscles slowly. Sleeping on your side on a frim mattress with legs drawn up (fetal position) will help over time. Have you considered N

It sounds as though you got nailed by that new worm that ends up with a fake Google homepage. Clean your PC of malware. UPDATE and run your virus scanner. Here's a free anti-virus program if you do not have one: avast! 4 Home Edition Run; Panda ActiveScan HouseCall Run the following in Safe Mode. Starting your computer in Safe Mode Download and run; McAfee AVERT Stinger Download and run; a² free To be able to use it, you only must set up a free a² Account, to get access to the update server. No roommates. When I do a job most people just get in my way. I have a method and madness when approaching projects. When dealing with heavy demolition I hire a couple friends that know how to tear things apart. All I need to do is point and say trash it.

Give that email address to the State Police. Make sure you give them full copies of the emails (header included). Once you have enough evidence change your email address so the pervert can't email your daughter anymore. They will act on it. Reporting it to [email protected] will not do any good. Yahoo doesn't give a damn.

I did cut the shag in strips. Mostly all I had to do was start the cut then pull. It was so deteriorated that it tore easily. No hardwood floors in the old store front, but the downstairs of the main part of the house is all hardwood. The old store front was turned into a small in-law apartment. I have working on it little by little. I plan on using this as the main living quarters so I can start the work on the main house. It will be awhile before I can start that project. In the future the front of the house will revert into a computer repair shop and office.

Tylenol time again. This time I attacked the living room. I had forgotten about how heavy my old over-sized couch, entertainment center and TV was. I decided to pull up the shag carpet seeing as it was in bad shape. What a mess. The backing crumbled and stuck to the carpet underneath. Why the previous owners stuck this shag crap over the short napped carpet I'll never know. All that was wrong with the bottom carpet was one worn spot. It was right at the entrance to the room so I placed a small mat over the spot. I really worked the shop vac on this project. My back, legs and abdominal hernia g

Any delivery person (mail, UPS, Fed Ex and etc.) cringe in fear when they stop at my place because of Samson's attitude. You can see the detest in his eyes and snarl when these people approach. A few times he has broken his cable and gone after them. He has never bitten anyone but me for trying to punish him. I believe he did this out of perceived fear due to my snarl and the evil look in my eyes. This mean ass mutt has one tiny thing that scares him immensely. One strike of lightning and this 70 pound nasty fuzzball starts whimpering and tries to crawl in my lap.

About 18 months ago my niece dropped off her dog for me to watch until she found a new home for him. I guess seeing as I still have him it could now be considered my pet. Samson is a 3 year old Pit Bull, Shar Pei, Rottweiler and Chocolate Lab mix that weighs 70 pounds. He is extemely protective of the kids and I. He is on hyper drive for 8 hours a day then sleeps the other 16.

If you don't buy flood insurance, why should the insurance companies cover flood damage? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Some of the people did have flood insurance but stated that the insurance companies are trying to lowball the damage.

See if it gets better after it reboots a few times. After doing all those updates at once it may take the laptop awhile to collect itself. If that laptop is formatted NTFS it shouldn't get fragmented easily or often.

If your broadband connection is already recognized you shouldn't need to do anything. Are you losing your connection? -
FEMA said it would rather use a direct deposit in a bank account than issue debit cards. The only thing is the people need to apply first and get a bank account. Now with all of the sandbagging that FEMA and insurance companies are doing how long will it take for any approvals.
