Important Information About Spybot S&d 1.3!
tg1911 replied to Nerelda's topic in Windows 10, 8, 7, Vista, and XP
Thanks for the info, NereldaI'm going to check that out right now. EDIT Mine was OK. About a week ago, I was checking for updates, and noticed Spywareblaster had 1 item with protection disabled. re-enabled it and did some scans. Norton found 1 trojan and quarantined it (couldn't fix it) Trojan.Byte Verify Spybot found a couple of problems, too Next day checked Spywareblaster, again, same problem. Did all of my scans again, and a Panda online scan. Norton found the same problem. Panda online found three problems, and fixed them. Problems solved. I guess it might be a good idea to keep an eye -

Just a thought: Are you sure the problems started before you installed PhotoPlus 5.5? I tried it once, and it did not get along with my computer, at all. It worked fine when I first started using it, but then it started acting screwy. Sometimes it wouldn't load, or it wouldn't load properly. Sometimes it would just freeze, and I would have to Ctrl/Alt/Del to close it. A couple of times I even got a BSOD, while using it. The longer I used it, the worse it got. So after 3 reinstalls, I just got rid of it I know a lot of people use it, with no problems, but for some reason it wouldn't work for m

TymeKyller Thanks. Nothing but a slowly fading memory, now. Most people don't even notice the slight limp. I spent a lot of time roaming the woods and fields (pain in the butt with a cane). I think that helped more than anything. chinawht No, a road construction accident. Hit a spot of soft clay on the edge of the road while driving a rubber tired roller (multi-wheel earth packer). Threw me off into the ditch, and before I could get out of the way, it landed on me. I got pinned by the "safety cage". Caught the whole 8 tons in the small of my back. Guess I was lucky it was the small roller, a

With regards to your recovery, just remember, keep pushing. Push as much as you can stand. When it gets bad, and you think you can't go anymore, go a little bit more. Only you know what your body can, and can't, take. After I broke my pelvis in 5 places, shattered my left femur, damaged my bottom 3 vertebra, and had severe nerve damage; the doctor told me I was paralyzed, and would never walk again. HA! Three months after the hardware was removed, with therapy, I was able to walk using a cane. That was in 2002. Now I don't use a cane, or pain medication, anymore. It's truly amazing what the mi

HOME REMEDIES 1. If you are choking on an ice cube, don't panic! Simply pour a cup of boiling water down your throat and presto! The blockage will be almost instantly removed. 2. Clumsy? Avoid cutting yourself while slicing vegetables by getting someone else to hold them while you chop away. 3. Avoid arguments with the Mrs. about lifting the toilet seat by simply using the sink. 4. For high blood pressure sufferers: just cut yourself and bleed for a few minutes, thus reducing the pressure in your veins. 5. No problem. With it's tabbed browsing, I think Firefox was designed for message boards. lol Sometimes I'll have 3 message boards open in their own window, then 3 - 8 forums, and a dozen or more posts, open in each window. (what's a "BACK" button? lol) Just Got To Love Tabbed Browsing
