Just Did Something That You Shouldn't Really Do

That's nothing new. We have a place here called thirteen curves. Many consider making it through at 70-80 miles per hour is unreal (just about every turn is marked 15 m.p.h). I nailed it at around 100 m.p.h. back in '83 with my '72 Grand Prix SJ. I left a highly modified 240Z sitting in the dust. -
I stood in my back yard Friday and watched as the fire department used the jaws of life extracting the people from one of those Japanese cars that ran a stop sign and hit a Chevy Blazer in the passenger side fender. The owner of the Blazer had no problem continuing on to work after the cops allowed him to leave the scene. Both people in the Japanese car were transported to the hospital on back boards.

Yes disconnect from the Internet before uninstalling the older version and installing the new version.

I have driven and owned many trucks since 1966. I must say I do like the nicer interiors. After humping blocks, timbers and other heavy materials it feels good to sit in a seat that is comfortable and supports my body. I also like to be able to crank up my tunes on a system that sounds great and not hear the old rattle of the cheap plastic grills and other dash parts along with the tinny sounds from the old AM/FM junk systems in the older trucks. I will say that my '88 GMC will handle larger loads and has more power than my '05 F-150, but the newer Ford seats and sound system rock compared to

Make sure the motherboard isn't loose and shifted causing it to short out against the case. Are the standoffs in the correct location? Also make sure that the heatsink is installed correctly with properly applied thermal compound which could make it overheat and shutdown.

My 4.6 V-8 Triton has less @$$ than my 4.3 V-6 in my '88 GMC. The Triton engine feels like a loosely wound rubber band and gets real bad mileage. The F-150 has 3.55 rear gears with a four speed automatic and the GMC has 3.42 rear gears with a three speed Turbo 400 automatic. The Ford averages around 14-15 mpg while the GMC has been averaging 19-20 mpg. I never go by the paper specifications listed by manufacturers when it comes to HP/torque and mileage ratings. They have been known to lie. I go by real world testing by me. I have had many of my Ford trucks recalled for a wide range of problems

You failed to post the vehicle requirements to win. http://www.motortrend.com/features/auto_ne...rolet_silverado Seeing as Ford,Dodge, Nissan and Toyota haven't done any major changes for this year to their trucks they weren't eligible. BTW. I got to test a new 2007 GMC Sierra with the 5.3. It made my 2005 F-150 XL with the 4.6 Triton seem like a total wimp. Even the GM 4.3 V6 blows away my Triton. The GMs ride a hell of lot better and feel as though they can handle any weight I put in or tow behind it. I am seriously considering trading in the Ford now or wait until 2008 to see if there's an

Happy B-Days!!! -
I could devour a stack of cakes with lots of maple syrup and chug a pot of coffee. The last guest didn't pass out until 4 this morning. I had to drive a few home last night and only have 4 guests still sound asleep out in the main part of the house. It is actually peaceful out here in my computer/entertainment area of the house. Even the dog is passed out from exhaustion.

The coolers are full and the back bar is fully stocked. I premixed the Bloody Mary mix, trimmed the celery stalks, ground some fresh horseradish and picked up several different hot sauces (beware my buddies Armageddon sauce). There are several cookers ready to go out on the tables. They contain venison stew, scalloped potatoes, my hot and mild chili. There's bowls of potato (German and regular), macaroni, anti-pasta and tossed salads. There is also a few trays with cold cuts and cheeses plus condiments. Have a good time and enjoy yourselves. A few of my friends are going to jam (blues & bl

Everyone was glued to the news awaiting Saddam's hanging which was supposed to occur by 10 PM EST. I imagine this was of more importance to India's tech support personnel than Windows. -

Try running Windows Live OneCare.. Click the blue Full Service Scan button.

I don't need the Silent runners scan report. Uninstall eAcceleration Stop-Sign from Add/Remove. It is was identified as scumware some time back and they supposedly changed their ways, but to me it is still scumware and constantly reacts with false positives. Uninstall Yahoo Companion. It is scumware. Yahoo is in bed with Claria which owns Gator and GAIN. Disable the following from Startup. O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [updateManager] "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Sonic\Update Manager\sgtray.exe" /r (Only if you do manual backups!) O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [soundMAXPnP] C:\Program Files\Analog Devices\SoundMAX

The first thing I would try is to uninstall the Google Toolbar. Make sure to remove the Google Toolbar Notifier from your firewall first. You do not want it accessing the Internet. The following are not required to run at Startup. O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [QuickTime Task] "C:\Program Files\QuickTime\qttask.exe" -atboottime (Registry Info for XP:) In "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run" you'll find "quicktime task" with the value "c:\programfiler\quicktime\qttask.exe -atboottime". Remove it to avoid the file from loading on boot. O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [MSMSGS] "C:\Program Fil

We get some sinkholes occasionally here from old water mains deteriorating. The biggest problem is potholes from the constant thawing and freezing in the long winters. Some of them could swallow a Justy and it would never be seen again.

You would use netsh int ip reset [log_file_name] to restore the TCP/IP functionality. Command samples netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt How to reset Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) in Windows XP If you are dealing with Winsock corruption (WinXP/2003). How to determine and recover from Winsock2 corruption After performing these repairs you may have to repair/reinstall the anti-virus/firewall programs. -
