I'm looking for an audio converter, and well i know i could search google for one and get 9,450,000 hits, but im not searching through all of them. When i know a good handful of you people here have one that you like a lot. I'm trying to find one that is fast and converts at least mp3 > ogg hopefully someone knows of a good one, im tired of using ones that takes 30 mins to convert a 3min song. thanks

Does anyone want to try and explain all the Hard Drive stuff to me, and wich are faster/better. I know the whole RPM deal, but what are the SATA/RAID0/RAID5 and all that weid stuff. Thanks

i use regular google as my homepage b/c its 1 image, about 20 words, and a form. Loads up nice and quick.

ok, i just went off the basis of the folder vid, downloaded an icon chaning program. Made the icon blanked. Moved the file into a white area so that the filename was still there so it could be accesed by Media player classic. And im happy. thanks.

ya its all cosmetically, lol, if i want my data secure i would carry my hard drive with me everytime i left the computer....

i need the file to be accessed, that txt file is generated when i watch a divx movie with media player classic. And i have dual monitors so i will just place it on the second monitor out of my way, not messing up my desktop. This way i don't have to delete it evreytime i watch a divx movie (wich i do frequently) its more of a cosmetic thing than anything else.... but still....

I like to have hidden file shown.

because my brothers computer freezes at mup.sys so i went into windows XP so i could use repair to do te command, but it doesnt let me. So now im like the thousands of others when you search about mup.sys on google, there is no solution, nohthing helps, so im left with a reformat. so stupid... windows sucks, too he plays games or i would stick him with linux.

Whats the command to repair windows system files. I think it started with a "S" like scan'something' it would get the files needed off of the windows disk in folder I38 or something like that. I dont think it was chkdsk..... i would google it but ya... you cant google stuff u dont know the name of.

WOOT i made it to the boot screen, now to get it to startup. Had to take out the cmos battery after plugging in the videocard right.

ohhhhh... i think its b/c the vid card isnt in all the way, lols. But now that its pushed in, i press power now and it turns on for half a second then dies. WTF!?

well.... i happen to have a computer that is ghosted, so i want to install ATI drivers and then make windows switch to them so games will actually work. And if i actually restart the system, on startup the drivers are removed. Thus im between a wall and a hard place. And i cannot turn off the ghosting, thats a project for later.

I wish some job would accept my job apps.....

it got up to 20,then i paused the music to do something, and it went back down. then i started it back up. I never jsut let it sit. I wil try some time.

I was watching it in task manager, and its memory usage steadily rose, 9mb... 10mb... 11mb... 12mb... 13mb... it was weird.

Is there a way to restart all drivers and everything, etc, on windows without physically restarting the computer?
