that will work fine then. Anything can play 1.6 so it doesnt even matter. The only thing you would want to consider is if you wanted S-Video output or dual monitor.

I hear python is a good place to start. I personally started in Java, doesnt matter that much, but just pick something and stick through it the whole way. Its a long tedious progress. And dont think you will be able to program anything useufl after a month... or 2... or 3... or 5... i've been with java for over a year now and im still a super noob. You will want to give up a lot. But if your mind to it you can do it. A lot of other would recommend python, so you might want to do that so you can get help here.

how much is 1,200 in american? I dont think its very much, and it also depends on if you can salvage parts from another comp. Like if you have a perfectly good old DVD drive or HD u might not need a new one. And then u can spend more money on a better CPU/RAM/Vid card

Ok, this is gonna sounds kinda crazy... but... here i go. Im looking for a way to direct sound from a program to make the system think its coming from the Microphone Input. Why might you ask? Well i want to use Text-to-Speech on a VOIP, but i dont want to record my WAVE OUT because then people talking to me will echo back. Is this even possible... it seems like it would be. Also is there a 3rd part program to do mic boost? My soundcard doesnt support it in windows, so i cant use windows mic boost. Thanks!

Icon Images are starting to dissapeare on my system. I have no idea why either. They are pointed to valid files, they have jsut started to not show up. Its really werid. How can i get them back?

I burned a backup DVD with Nero a while back, not im trying to get files off of it, but the drive always locks up and/or i get a drive I/O Error. How can i fix this and get my data off?

I have a 800mhz 128mb RAM computer with WindowsXP on it. I've read just about every tutorial out there to "speed up XP while keeping its features." Well im done with that, I could care less about the features, Is there a way to strip XP to almost nothing? I need it only for some games and the internet really. thanks

My computer keeps locking up, i have checked for virus, and spyware, both up to date, and have nothing. My computer just randomly locks up one program, then its a domino effect, and it wont even restart. This is rediculous. Its a decent gaming machine so its not like running notepad and firefox is too much for it. Help please!

I have a folder, lets call it BASE in BASE we have about 200 folders of random names. In each of these folders contain a file called XXXXXX1.gif where XXXXXX is a random set of charcters. I want to rename every XXXXXX1.gif to XXXXXX.gif I know windows has a rename command, but how do i go about setting up the parameters... i cant figure it out. Help Please! Thanks

I hate my monitor being dirty, thats why I cant use other peoples. I goto my friends house or what not and there are finger prints, food, dirt, and who knows waht else smeared all over it. It makes me sick

So i was actually googling monitor (CRT) cleaning and what not... so i tried window on my soft cloth... left streaks, and later i learn it can ruin ur monitor >_< So then i tried water... left streaks >_< How can i get it nice and clean?
