  7. I wish I could have caught this thread in the beginning, there are some very interestings things pointed out, and with the tips from MAC about the big liter cars and such, we could have turned this thread into "Miles for Cheap". Other things, small things, about getting your gas mileage up there is air pressure in the tires...make sure they are at the rating they are supposed to be at and nothing less and nothing more. Although with more, less of the tire is touching, but you loose stability and control in the tires with more danger to pop or lose control of the car. Regular injector cleane

  10. I was out cutting the grass this weekend, and I decided to do something different. I cut the yard as in the same manner in which they cut baseball fields and get those different shades because of the way they cut it. When doing that, a 45 minute task too 2 HOURS...what was i thinking. I was having fun so it didn't really matter...but when everyone is talking about doing yard work, and flowerbeds and stuff, i guess i envy you because you take the time and patience with the extra efforts to make sure everything is done and looking great...
  11. No Not Really is it all for sport, and then some great meat over a fire. I only go once a year, so it isn't real bad In the event of the earth being destroyed, what would your last course of action be?
  12. I am not sure if you got any more answers for you questions Marty, but it really all depends on the older machine manufacturer. Some have on-board NICs (ethernet cards) installed on the mother boards and then some have it separate in a PCI slot inside the computer tower. If neither one is true, and the computer has a USB connection in the back, which has been around in older machines, there are adapters in the $5 range that will change the connection from Ethernet to USB and give you internet access... Holla back if you got any more questions...
  13. Check the Drivers that were install with the device. Although in the device manager list it is understood to be a DVD device, it might not have the correct drivers install for it to read anything other than a "Audio" CD. Start with the simple stuff...Cables and Power plugged into it, on the inside of the case...correct drivers from the actual manufacture or disk...and just double check the disk on another device before the one in the computer...Let me know what you come up with...i think this will help a little....
  14. Told you guys this was a tough one...but i figured it out. On top of having the local printer install with the drivers on the local machine for the printer, you had to have the drivers installed on the remote machine so you can carry over the printer with the remote conneciton. With that said, you don't have to install the printer on the other site, just use the driver with a driver installer package, and you are set up...easy as that... If any one would like, i can make this into a tutorial if any one needs...

  18. Sup Everyone... In between the time I have with the move of my company, I haven't had much time to pop in here and see what all the comotion is about. It seems that the topic is tanning, or burning for some, and just plain weather in general. It is about 83* this morning and it is only supposed to get hotter down here in Florida, with (lets hope) scattered showers and some rain to cool this atmosphere down a little bit. The humidity is killer as well...standing in the shade you still sweet as if you were in the sun...that's just crazy talk! Unfortunately I haven't had the chance to throw s
  19. I just read all of this.....INTEL is taking over just windows did years ago...soon everything is going to be made alike...it, IMO, is getting alittle crazy about all the chips and processors as well as the OS and search engines... When will it all stop. I like how different Apple is from Microsoft...but blending of the sets is only going to lead them in having handshakes at the dinner table and a single OS to crash the world......
  20. That's a good one...None of my own...got arrested for the others ones, but no charges luckily...(won't use that bat for baseball practice anymore...ouchie!!!) Most abnoxious thing to make up, so you won't have to do work? (something to get out of work, or just calling in sick type of things)

  22. Alright here is the synopsis: I am at location 2 using a standard PC with the IP address 192.168.101.32 (assigned DHCP) using remote desktop to my server at location 1 with the ip address of 192.168.100.20. Now both computers are on different subnets and connected through a VPN tunnel using Sonicwall Firewalls. I can remote back into 192.168.101.32 from 100.20 and create a 3 way traffic jam...so i know the connections are good. The problem is I have the printer installed locally at location 2 with the computer 101.32. I need to have it set up so I can print to it from 100.20 (which is the
