Ill through Ewido out in to the open (google it) I got some nastey crap yesturday. Norton said i was clean! But Ewido found and cleaned most of it for me.

Click File > Save Movie File > My Computer > Name it then choose a place to save it > Click Next > SHow More OPtions > "Fit to Size" (choose 700 mb) > Next Hope that works for ya.

If it's a CRT, set the refresh rate to it's highest level. That helps get rid of some of the "flicker". Also, if you do alot of read, turn the brightness down.
