Hey TT , good to know you are still hanging in there. Man you have had a tough time of it. I count myself pretty luckily not having any medical issues other than a hip that is starting to give me a few problems ! This getting old crap is not what we expected i think. I have know you a long time & know you are a fighter & will go down swinging like me ! Hi blemmet, that should have made it run smoother ! Now that we are through using these tools, let's clean them off your system so that should you ever need to have malware removed again (we hope not) fresh, updated copies will be downloaded. Download Delfix to your desktop and double click it to start the program here Ensure Remove disinfection tools is ticked Also tick: o Create registry backup o Purge system restore o Reset system settings o Click Run The program will run for a few moments and then notepad will open with a log. It is so hard to come here every day 7-10 times a day and find no one new has posted, whether it be in the Malware Section where i do my thing of helping people with computer cleaning or in any section. I know this has got to be hard on Jeff (Besttechie) who has spent a lot of time & money on making this a special place. I know a lot of other places are being frequented by users needing help, so why do we get passed by ? IMO it's because they are better known ! hpg3, yes the G4 Forums went by the wayside when Esquire bought them out ! I use to do a lot of HJT logs there before being asked to do them here. I will be here till the end also, mine or BT which ever comes first .... lol !!! Chuck

Great news there Project, yep looks good & i am glad it ran this time, never had a problem with it running before ! It must of been one of the other programs that was causing it to stall. That is why i hate to see a lot of program like all the other ones you used before running the ones in our recommendations ! Anyway ...... you Can remove OTL & it's logs ! Congratulation you are clean !!! Any of the logs that you created for use in the forums or remaining tools that have not yet been removed can be deleted so they aren't cluttering up your desktop. Project, do you have all your Antivirus shut off ? Did you close all open windows ? If you do and it still won't run lets try this: Delete OTL and install & run a new scan & post it for me please !! We will work on the system check log after we get OTL fix to run !! Thanks Chuck
