Barcuss, after reading the Malwarebytes log i would like for you to go to the "Malware Section" here and start me a new topic so we can run a few more programs. It may not help your problem but i think we will find more junk that needs removed !! Thanks Chuck

Pete, that's a new one i have not heard of ! Have you tried a repair install ? Have you looked on the W10 forums to see if anyone has a problem like that ? I have 3 computers & never had any problem out of them with the new W10 ! Chuck

Regarding the task bar issues, have you tried opening Task Manager (Ctrl+Alt+Del, click Task Manager) Click on File>New Task (Run) and enter "explorer.exe" (without the quotes) Then click OK. It was a fix reported at W10 forums !! Just a thought ! Chuck

Times downloading depends a lot on your computer & ISP speed ! So Mine only took 1 hr. another Lady i know took 2hrs.20 minutes ! MS does not inform you of the new build so check your up-dates ! It all depends on factors !! Chuck

There is a new Build for W10 so it takes about 2 hrs. It takes the place of the W10 you are using now !! Chuck

Microsoft today announced that it will discontinue support for their operating system W7, W8 & W8.1 ........ I warned everyone back in June this would happen. They will make W10 available for all those systems !! They will run just no updates !! Chuck

Hey if anyone is out there visiting ! Have you used or heard thoughts on the browser Opera ?? Been using it about 3 days and wondering if you have any pros or cons on it & if you have used it before ? It sure seems a lot faster than Edge or Firefox or Chrome !! Preston, i mostly use FF it will hang once in a while but i just like it better ! I think Cortana is a joke, it always finds stuff i'm not interested in & didn't ask for ! Oh well ! Chuck

I have been using this program to stop most of MS use of my data & spying !! No way to tell i guess if it works ! I would make sure these are unchecked Windows Defender and Windows Updates.
