I do not use fast awitching so I am not sure this will help,but it will not hurt. Disable fast switching and then reboot,then turn it back on and reboot again. How many if any offline programs do you have running when you try to switch?? All so are you getting any error messages??

I have 1.4 downloaded it after I removed the 1.3 version. Try that and see if it helps.

I have the room well lit,I have heard that a dark room and Monitors do not go well together. Have not seen anything about 60 being bad for you ,but I guess it is possible. By the way did you remove the old card from device manager and the software for it as well?? (conflict?)

I see no problems with the setting you have,and I'm sure the card can handle that rate. In the drop down box where your refresh rate is you can change the rate,you might play around a bit. Change the settings and see if it helps any,I have mine set at 60.

Refresh rate. Control panel. display. Setting. Advanced. Monitor. In the box will be your refresh rate as it is set now.
