Todate I have used Nortons,McAfee,AVG, Avast. Of the two payed versions I perfer Nortons over McAfee. Of the two freeware AV's I prefer Avast over AVG. I used Norton longer than the other three combined because it worked very well. I used Mcafee for less than 3 months thought it was the AOL of AV's. After I dumped McAfee I went back to Norton's version2001-2004,after it ran out I tried AVG. As much as I tried I could not config or get it to work very well and it kept trying to remove my home page so I dumped it. I have seen this on a couple of other sites. Amazing what people with no Mechanical or structural engineering degrees can come up with. Never mind that this came from someone with a very real and deep hatred of the United States goverment.

martymas I have three e-mail addresses and get PM's on three of the sites I spend time on. I VERY rarely use the links provided unless I know the sender very well. What I do is select the properties and post it on Google and let Google do the work for me. If I do not know the sender I delete it with out ever looking to see what it is.
