Hi echobay and handplane, I've seen all of the original episodes several times and also own all of the Star Trek movies with Kirk et al. Yeah, I'm a trekkie and even own several coffee mugs embossed with Star Trek logos. My favorite mug is labelled with the Vulcan Science Academy. It saddens me that another of the original cast has passed away. Great TV!!

I try to get 6-8 hours of sleep, but, I usually wake up in the middle of the night at least once, I'm a light sleeper. I don't need to worry about sleeping in as I have a 35 pound alarm clock (my 2 year old daughter ) I sometimes take a nap on the weekend or early evening to catch up on my sleep. -
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, JEFF!!!!!! Very cool, man! Enjoy your day!

I'm not sittting in front of my Linux box, but, it sounds like you've got your time zone set incorrectly in ubuntu. Try going into preferences or admin at the top of the screen and go into date/time settings. Make sure you're set to your time zone to your location. tictoc or shanenin please jump in, you guys run ubuntu. That's weird that your Linux settings are over riding your windows settings.

It's good to see you, shanenin Thanks for doing an outstanding job in the Linux forum in my absence
