Ok to tell if its even repairable put it under a light if you can see holes in it like patches of brighter light than the rest the cd is no good.... I floss my cds daily lol!

Or try the tooth paste but rub hard with a old brush! Your finger doesnt work as well ive tried! A brush works a lot better I would try it before I spent seven bucks on that other stuff........
