Its a dell dimension 8200 I think its a hard drive problem about a month ago the CD/DVD drive craped out then the cd burner then floppy drive now the HD is screwing up it might be a mobo problem.

My Dell will not startup it shows the dell startup screen then stops and makes this high pitch buzzing noise

Thats odd firefox uses less memory than IE for me.

AOL=Spyware you cant get rid of it I had aol on my dell uninstalled the program imbeds its self i've deleted the aol folder, and reg key every week

Sry I did the jotti scan and it said it was clean so I searched about MSSWCHX.EXE and found info about it and deleted it.

msswchx.exe is a adaware program so is osk would it be safe to delete them?

C:\WINDOWS\system32\MSSWCHX.EXE, and C:\WINDOWS\system32\osk.exe are clean.

Try turning everything on at msconfig startup menu have you installed any new drivers,hardware, or programs?
