if I uninstall MSN they would just install it again. I thought that they couldn't download anything or install anything after all it is a limited account. I'm confused

I need some msn help, I tryed to block internet access to my other accounts MSN but all to use MSN again all you do is update or download a new version. How can I stop this? the other version is also a limited account and still they managed to download msn and use it. I don't want the other account to use it at all but I want to use it. Any options?

Anyone know of a flash program or website that teaches people how to type, it's for my brothers and myself I'm ok but not the good and they just type with 1 or 2 fingers at a time.
