Hey Nerelda, Now, that is a great story. I was once at one of my friends houses fixing there computer because it was having a problem connecting to the internet. They are on a cable modem by the way. Anyway I try doing some certian things, but then I remember my old classic fix just unplugging the power for the cable modem for 30 seconds to a minute and then plugging it back in. Well, after I did that it worked perefectly. They said how did you fix it I said I'm not telling because then you won't need me for next time and I won't get paid again. Hi hitest, Yes, I was planning on making one. This is a brand new forum so I am just getting everything the way I want it then I will add some more forums. It shouldn't be that long, because everything is almost the way I want it. I'll try to get the Linux/Unix forums up sometime tomorrow. Enjoy the boards B

Great idea Nerelda! I think that is a very smart thing to do. As soon as I have some time I will start working on it. I probably will be able to do it sometime today. So keep your eyes open for the new pinned thread in the Spyware/Adware Removal boards. Thanks Great Idea! B

No firewall is complete safety. If someone (hacker) wants to get into your computer and they are really determined and they know what they are doing they will get in no doubt about it. It could take a long time depending on how well you are protected but if they have the time and resources they will get in evently. I would not worry if you are well protected though, because if you are a hacker will not waste his/her time with you they will go look for someone's PC that is easy to get into. B

Hi, Yes, I just redid my site. I have not had the time yet to make tutorials, but I was planning on it. If you do make one then post it on my forums so that way everyone can look at it and deciede if it is one I should use on my site. Also, if you post it on my forums we can help you and also make corrections so it will come out great. Hi, First off go to the task manager and end these processes (Ctrl Alt Del) aqyjnzxc.exe cashback.exe nls.exe flt.exe Then Download and Run: CWShredder Make sure you close all explorer windows and only have CWShredder open. Click the Fix button to have it fix the CWS hijacks. sphjfix Make sure all explorer windows are closed and then open it and run it. Click the disinfectint button. Then you should be clean from the rest of the CWS hijack. Then reboot and post a new logfile. Your log will still need more work. B

That's how it should look the next time you post a logfile. Now lets get you cleaned up. B

Yes, it is only one log BUT there are many of them in your post get it? Like there are multiple copies of the same log in that post. If you don't mind I will edit it for you to show you what I am talking about and so that way it is easier to help you fix your problem. B
