Hi Matt, If that does happen I will reset that members post count back to zero. It doesn't and shouldn't matter the number of posts. What should matter is the quality of the post. How much content and information is in it. That can help the member with the question/problem. I hope I don't have to reset anyone's post count because all they cared about was the number of posts, and that they just posted useless posts to bump up their count. B

Hi, To take a screen shot. You have to hit the printscreen button on the top right hand side of your keyboard. Then open paint or any program like it, but paint should be fine. Then paste in the screen shot. You can probably do that by hitting Ctrl + V. Then save it and you can upload the screen shot to where you host your sig image. Then post a link to it and we will look at it. Hope that makes sense. If you have any more question about that make sure to ask. B

Hi, I think this is a better place for this post. Since it has to do with Windows. This is a general statement to everyone. Questions posted here in the Windows Support forum don't have to be just about programs built into the Windows OS. Do you happen to know what those 2 or 3 other icons are? Like if you hover over them what do they say? If you right click them what options do you have. Does it give a program name? Anything that can describe those extra icons will be helpful information in solving your problem. B

Hi, What do you mean it doesn't have a home page? Like you don't know how to set it to lets say Google.com or something like that? What does the home page you have now say? I think you just need to set it to the home page you want. Also, as of Netscape I highly recommend that you don't use it. The reason is because Netscape is no longing being deveopled I believe. So, go with either Firefox or Mozilla as an alternative browser. So, if you could just answer those questions I asked. We will be able to go from there. B
