When you boot up or just remove them? Just right click them and hit exit. Then they won't be there, until you reboot. If you want to stop them from loading at boot up, then use something like CodeStuff Starter. B

Heya thesidekickcat, Actually, in your case, backweb should stay. HP and Compaq use Backweb to update their systems, through the web. I also believe some logitech products will install it if you install stuff off the CD. So I recommened that you just leave it and just ignore Spybot this time. Heya Liz, Ok, this is what I think. You're very smart for wanting to make sure you have a clean system before SP2. Having a system with spyware and then installing has proved to be a bad move as it can cause problems. Make sure you have a clean system before install SP2. Very very good idea.
