Thanks for the advice macmarauder.... Sounds like I'm on the right track then... For awhile I was reading the tutorials (which is good) and was going back and forth but I would kinda get lost at times... So I decided to just experiment with things to see what did what... Got a loooong way to go though.... Thanks again...

Thought I would check also..... I cleaned out Inbox, Sent Items and old Attachments and all seems to be fine for me so far. Inbox and Sent Items show 0% now.
