actually there are many roads in my city, particularly a main road with a 45 MPH speed limit, people will poke along at 30 (particularly the elderly that think going any faster is certain doom). First off, here it's illegal to be doing 10MPH less or lower than the posted speed limit and have at least 4 or 5 cars behind you. That happens all the time but there never is a cop around to stop anyone for it.

Most here do 5mph over cause police do not condider it a threat to safety. Many do 10mph and they need to slow down but even I've been known to do that when late for work.

CS:S played fine on my friends laptop with minimal settings at 1024x768. It was a Sempron 2800+ with 512MB RAM and an ATI Radeon Xpress 200M chip. It played the original CS and CS:CZ perfectly. My Laptop is when I get one is gonna have at least a GeForce Go 6150 and I hope to get one with a GeForce Go 7600GS or ATI Radeon X700. Well I today is the first day of classes for the Fall semester at CSCC and the first class, US History, is over (8-9:15) and my next class, English Comp I, doesn't start until 12:30, which explains why I am home. Then right after it at 2:00, I have Pre Calculus. I hate math. Tommorrow I got another class, Macroeconomics, and it's my only class. It starts at like 9:30. Then Wednesday I have the same as today. Thursday I'm excited about. I have economics again but from 2-5 I have PC Systems Support. I think you can be A+ certified through this class. It's a PC Repair class, AWESOME! Then Friday.

I've done a slight, well trick, I guess not a mod with my new Razr. Using 3 different programs and a link cable for a Creative Zen Nano Plus, I make my own ringtones from my library. I start with cutting out the parts with Audacity. Then I use dbPowerAmp (old version that I've had forever, new version costs money to use MP3 encoder) to reduce the bit rate and quality so it can fit and work on my phone. (64kbps, 22KHz) Finally, I use MOBILedit to transfer the tones to my phone (pictures and videos too, it does them too) via the Creative cable. My manager was jealous after I bought it from him (

Like I said I have SLI 7600GT's and they are working beautifully. I'd wait for 8 series (or whatever they're gonna be) DX10 cards though, or go for the 7900GS when they are released. i think woot.com was selling OEM MSI ones for $139 before the retail ones go on sale. 7900GS is kinda like a buffed up 7800GT on a newer core. Still I think most 7 series cards are a little bit of a waste money right now. Especially the 7950 GX2. I can't wait for the 8 series cards. I'm trying to keep my main rig fairly up to date from now on. Newest series cards are gonna remain in this machine.

I think the chargers probably have a better tuned exhaust cause crown vic cruisers use the same exhaust as the consumer LX Sport version which is basically dual of the regular. The consmer exhaust for the R/T Hemi has a higher flow I'm sure for the sportiness of the vehicle. Most police editions have stronger hoses and a few other parts so they can chase. According to consumer report I think it was, the Crown Vic, Grand Marquis, and Town Car are considered pretty reliable but not the Chrysler 300C or the Charger. I could be wrong. I just got a Razr from my manager. Of course Motorola dosn't sell the software with the phone. I had to find drivers on the internet to use and a program to transfer. I found the driver (which without any programs it's just seen as a modem by windows. I tried MOBILedit but it doesn't seem to work. Transfering an Mp3 shouldn't take 4 or 5 minutes so I gave up on it. Plus it couldn't read the phone book or anything it was supposed to. I'll give it one more try but I doubt it'll work. you'll love that 7600GT if you got one with Infinion Memory or whatever it is. THe 7 series vcards that had Samsung memory are awful. Too bad you didn't get an SLI board so you can enjoy 2 later down the road like mine. I got 2 of them bad boys chugging in my rig. Might I ask what brand video card did you get? I always go EVGA. These 2 7600GT's are my 3rd and 4th EVGA cards.

My Friend got his 67 Mustang with a 289 rolling. that sucker is a pain to drive, no power steering, you have to slam the brakes to get the same affect of tapping mine, and it's harder than all get out to find the gears. is it just the one game or do you have massive latency jumps in others? I had a problem like that not too long ago with both CS:S and DoD:S. My internet connection (just the cable in that room) was bad. I moved the modem up stairs and hooked i tup to the cable in my room. I then hooked it up to my Compaq hardwired and ran some speed tests and played CS:S. No problems. The game wasn't lagging and my latency had gone down.
