  4. with my browsing habits, Chrome isn't any faster, in fact slower in many cases than FF3. And as I stated in the thread in open chat and the Off-Topic thread on TennSpeed, the theme it uses drives me up a the wall cause I prefer dark colors and I have a blood red theme FF3 integrates into while Chrome does not. So I get these when i open them Pleasant (to me): Makes me want to punch babies: Chrome is also missing my favorite keyboard shortcuts, the bookmarks are weird, and well, I just flat out don't like the interface. The multi-threaded thing is kinda cool but I just don't care. The plus I
  5. I haven't had a lick of trouble except once my bookmarks and such disappeared. I can't remember if I just restarted FF or restarted the computer but everything was back and have never had that happen again. That sounds strange. Sorry I can't really think of a way to fix it. I try to occasionally back up my bookmarks in another location in case something does happen. The only real problem I had out of 3 was the Paypal plug-in was incompatible so I just kept FF2 on the laptop for that (funny, I have FF3 on the XP rig and FF2 on the Vista laptop). Aside from that there hasn't been any extension p
  6. I can't see a reason to switch from FF3. Chrome is OK but it doesn't really impress me. My favorite keyboard shortcuts are missing, it doesn't integrate into my theme (instead has a light blue theme similar to Vista while I have a custom blood red theme that FF3 integrates into), I don't like how it handles bookmarks, and it's not any faster than FF3 in most cases. The only thing I noticed that it was better in was memory usage. It uses less memory and allows it to load the program faster....... on my mom's 1.3GHz Celeron, 256MB RAM system. On my Athlon X2 6000+ with 4GB of RAM, they load abou

  15. I drive a Civic and believe it or not, there's not much plastic up front. Just the bumper cover, headlights and grille. Even my fog lights are made of glass and metal. My old Civic only the corner lights and bumper cover were plastic. Everything else was metal....... but thin metal. Luckily for me, the 96 and up Civics (my current one is a 96) have thicker, stronger chassis and can take a hit better than pre 96 models (yet my 96 hatch weighs about 400lbs less than my 95 coupe). Glad you are OK and hope you get a decent insurance check. I got nothing for my coupe since all I had was Liability a
