  3. Thanks for the update Mike. I think Marsh just got a little excited and made some bad assumptions. Life will go on at Days of Our Lives at G4.
  4. I was really surprised that Google didn't give us an option on the upgrade. To date, I have not had any problems what so ever with the new tool bar. I'm not really crazy about the changes, but chalk it up to old age and resistance to change. I turned off most all the buttons as I like to keep things pretty plain vanilla on my PC. I have run Adaware-SE and have had no problems, which again may be attributed to the simple layout I have. You may want to remove the tool bar and wait to see if Google hears the complaints and makes some changes.

  6. If you only have 1 video card installed and your monitor is plugged into it and you have a picture on the screen, AGP must be working. I would believe my eyes before everest.
  7. What kind of deductible did they make you take on "sandstorm" damage? How about towing charge to the next oasis?

(Nasdaq:AMZN - news) has started taking early orders for Microsoft Corp.'s (Nasdaq:MSFT - news) Windows Vista operating system at prices ranging from $100 to $399. Amazon is promising to ship the software on January 30, according to its Web site. Microsoft spokesman Lou Gellos declined to comment on the Web retailer's pre-sale, saying the software maker is still completing its pricing model for Windows Vista. The operating system will be sold in multiple versions targeted at consumers and businesses. Amazon's pricing ranges from $100 for a
  14. You might want you lobby with Jeff or the staff of this forum via PM? They have the final say.
  15. I would think that you need to be an authorized dealer. I don't think that any company is going to just let any joe blow represent them. I would bet that any product you resell would get warranty coverage via your business as you were the original buyer and would need to register it under your name. Again, you cannot make legal (warrenties) contracts for another company. If you are a resellr for the company, that company usually assumes responsibilities for their product.
  16. Here's some old info that may help. Worth a try.
  17. Since they usually change the pin configuration/notch in each new memory type, to prevent compatibility problems, I would guess a new board would be required.
  18. Since the unit is 3 volts and battery powered I don't think there is much amperage to worry about. I would look for the 3 volt adaptor with the highest amperage rating at a decent price.
  19. Do you have a volt meter? Are you sure that you don't have a 6 volt circuit? Any labels on the electronic box?
  20. You sit in the hub of all world technical support and you post your question here? Ask the next person you see on the street and they will probably have the answer or be able to find an on-screen script to read to you. hahahaha, just having fun....
  21. Don't be working without tools now.....
