CC employees always reminded me of the type of kids that just didn't have what it takes to get into McDonalds. And we know how difficult that can be. The times that I was forced to go to CC (it was never willingly) I witnessed a cocophony of ear shattering noise coming from 50 or so different sources all which seemed like the point was to get the customer out of the store asap. The staff always knew LESS about the product than I did. I don't think they had any smart people in leadership roles.

I enjoy The Tech Guy and Security Now. I used to be a TWIT fan, but the content started diminishing about a year ago. Now it sounds like a high school locker room. I also really like The Digital Story. (Photography podcast)

if you downloaded a .exe file you just double click on it. but, do not use the rtm file. XP SP3 is not ready for the public yet. there are a few bugs in it. that is why it is delayed to the public. what you downloaded is a leaked version of the XP SP3 RTM, and it was released to the manufactures. but there are bugs in it. just like the vista service pack that was released to the public, it had problems with the drivers not being compatible. that is the same problem now with the rtm. if you decide to install it, do at your own risk. the official release is not expected til the end of may or the
