Blim, whatever it takes, get the dog treated now. Take it to an shrink if you have to. My S.O. is a dog nut. Bear, her 13 year old cockapoo, has been going through seperation anxiety for the last.........13 years. The dog follows her all around the house like a shadow. When Bonnie goes away on business or vacation, I have to give the dog Valium. Otherwise it will just sit, sulk, and look out the window for a week, not eating, going outside, etc. Bear is a great example of why I like cats. Joe

Sorry. I don't agree. MOST of the countries that matter in this respect are multi-lingual. Their citizens learn two or three languages in grade school. I was reminded of this fact routinely when would visit my favorite city in North America, Montreal. People would laugh at English only speaking Americans. That was because it is a multi cultural international city. The problem with this "English only" B.S. is that it does not espouse international thinking. And that is not conducive to higher learning. As it is a huge part of the American population is marginally equipped in Engish! We do NOT

You could always distill the corn and sell the "shine" to the nascar fans. Good point about the physical requirements needed to drive a circle at 200 mph. Being that my Ford Ranger tops out at about 46, I never considered that.

A 10 GigaWatt Hard drive? Do you have your own nuclear power plant or are you in Kentucky in a coal vein. I bet a search on your computer causes a brown out for 100milles.

This was meant to funny. An example of sales people, even Apple's, not knowing what they are talking about.

Hi guys. Thought you might like this: I was in the local Apple store the other day and overheard a conversation about why Apple no longer supplies a Firewire cable with the new iPod Photos. It went something along these lines: Customer: "So how come the iPod Photos don't come with a Firewire cable?" Apple Sales rep: "Oh, we don't include them anymore because Firewire is being phased out. You don't need it." Customer: "Really? So why do you sell it as an accessory?" Apple Sales rep: "We keep them around for people with old computers." Is Firewire going the way of Serial?

Oh yeah! "These are the good old days"....Carol King, wasn't it? Let us not forget about some of the negative areas growing up in a somewhat misinformed time. Racism was the order of the day, along with virtually no women's rights, McCarthyism, a slave system called "the draft", semi legalized lynchings, etc. I'm 51 years old and certainly do remember a lot of good times along with a lot of bad growing up in that era. But I have to say that I'm glad it's 2005. Sure we have a LONG way to go, but I think that we have more opportunities to make things better now. And yes we still have despots

That's a great graphic Mac. As far as speed, it should cover: Andante, Adagio, Allegro, Presto, and some of the sub catagories such as subito, Molto, etc.

I'm considering it my mid life crisis remedy.

I even had a problem finding it on Sony's site, but Here it is. Joe Anyone familiar with it? I want to use it as a Tivo DVD burner. And being that I don't have a computer DVD burner I like the idea that you can use it as that also. I use a laptop, so the enclosure would work well.
