Anyone use a Canon 10D around here? I do and love it. I'm using a Canon 28-35 f3.5-4.5 presently. I want to get something with a wide angle, perhaps a prime (so I can get better wide angle photos of my (almost) finally completed kitchen among other things). Also a zoom of about 70-300? Any ideas? I looked at some Canons and Sigmas. By the way, anyone interested in a Photography forum on this site? Might be nice. Joe

Yeah, I had them all back in the day. Although Bleed always did something extra for me. Maybe it was all the drugs back then. LOL. ".......Talkin' 'bout the midnight rambler.........."

Slept til noon. Cleaned up the kitchen. Took some muscle relaxants, (my back has been in very bad shape for 3 weeks now). Came over to my favorite WIFI coffee shop, where I am now. The sun's going down, so I'm ready to pack up and head off for a 4 mile walk on the canal with my iPod. I'm about 3/4 of the way through listening to The DaVinci Code from Audible.com. Another day in the life of IJ.

Baroque and Classical 90% of the time. Jazz, the rest. Although I do have the Let It Bleed album on my iPod. And I love Oldies Doowop from the 50's and 60's.

Plese set me up with a Jim Beam, and a Vitamin Vicodin. I just went through 15 months with a damaged Cervical disk. Now I have a Lumbar problem also. As Kurt Weill would have said (some of you might remember Jim Morrison's version), Mahogany. "Oh show me the way to the next whiskey bar............."

Why the hell would you want to be there in the first place? I'd rather subscribe to the IRS website. G4 sucks. Period.

Credit card? Nonsense! Make sure you have the latest iTunes. I think it's 4.9 "Podcast" will show up in the left column on iTunes. Click it and you will be there. I'm not sure about the ones you want (I don't have much use for Rose), but WHATEVER podcast you want, if it's not listed in iTunes, all you have to do is drag and drop the URL into the iTunes Podcast window. I'm sure you can find these easily fron their websites. Here is a great site to find out all about podcasts: iLounge Joe

All I use is Logicteh. Never had any problems. I have three mice and two keyboards. All have worked perfectly. Just keep the batteries current.

First of all, you do not have to spend $1000 anymore for a good laptop. Look at Dell. Second, most modern laptops have built in mini pc cards for wireless. But if they don't, wireless USB or Pcmcia cards are VERY cheap. Like $20. I have a Dell Inspiron 8200 laptop. At the time (3 years ago) I paid about $1800. I could get the same one on Ebay today for $500. I use is for EVERYTHING except gaming (which I'm not interested in). Music, Photoshop, internet, etc. It works fine. The key is to max out the ram. But do that with aftermarket ram. You should be able to get a great new XP laptop for your

A commom misconception among homeowners is the "220" is "220". It's not. For most single phase 220 volt AC units, it is just that. Two hot feeds (110 each and a ground wire. No Neutral. The size of the wire is very important. It is decided by the load of the unit and the size of the circuit breaker. In a different scenario, say an electric range, you would now be dealing with a 110/ 220 volt system. Here you have 2 hots, and a neutral and a ground. Most code now requires the neutral and ground to be terminated at seperate terminals on the range. The reason for the 110 /220 is that the range do

Here's the scoop. Add six words to the previous line to expand the story. No rules other than six words. Chapter One: Looking out the window, Simon remembered.

Oh, the old Wallbanger. I banged into may a wall after a night of those. If you really want to be a chemist, try this one. Black Pepper infused Vodka. Pour about 2 cups of Vodka into a clean bottle. Using a small food funnel, add 1 teaspoon of freshly groung black pepper. Cover it, and shake. Put it in the freezer for at least three weeks. Shake every couple of days. You will have a hot spicy yet smooth pepper vodka drink after three weeks. Drink it straight out of the freezer. This recipe is from Rudy's Bar in New Haven. A Yalie hangout. I'm having a shot of it right now. GOOOOOD!
