any one who messes with the reg with out backing up is asking for problems my advice is reinstall windows and back up your registry not many can fix a reg problem unless your an expert and then depends on how far you have gone i always back up my reg in case of problems and normally if i have to delete i do it in safe mode my advice : reinstall windows you may have no other option marty

if you have to use the program scan in safe mode and delete all in safe mode i havent heard of the program in the past as there is no info on it but with these spyware scanners they are all the same when they are not safely used spybot-jvc16-regcleaner are the same when not used properly when i first got spybot there were no warnings about the dangers on how to use it and twice i had to reinstall windows so now i leave well enough alone. my advice is set your cookies to reject these ads ect and you can eliminate a lot of this stuff not all but a hellova lot of it marty

help hitest this slackware is a hellova headache ive tried toinstall it but im lost for the commands the info is a bit vague for instance it asks to partition the hdd but where do i go to do that once i leave the config menu i seem to be going around in circles i can configure my k-board but that is all i had it on once but when i hit ctr alt and delete to boot into slackware the black screen said sys disk error please insert a sys disk and press enter so i had to try again the help menu is no use to a new user unless you know where to go and what to do so ime waiting for you to come h

ive just recieved an email they are sending slackware12 by mistake and will replace it if i need but ive decided to go ahead and try slackware12 am i wise in doing this would it help if i installed it on a spare hdd and dual boot it that way thanks marty

hi nancy the way i do mine with windows media player is open wmp -tools -options--performance look for connection speed in the drop down that opens set your connection option. mine is cable and in buffer. set the buffer to 60 seconds click apply you will find the pauses is the down load stops as the buffer finds the the automatic option so if you set it to 60 secs the pauses dont come until 60 secs are up marty

yes JD some people fit that catergory next to where i live is a pub and on sunday all the clients were redesigning the the yard it must be a quarter acre section when i asked them how much did they get paid they all said we got three free jugs of beer and it was ajob that would have cost many thousands of $ so people are slaves to alchahol as i dont drink my self i was disgusted all that work for 3 jugs of beer and as you said you can pick em they were predictable marty

hi baker7 a friend on a board close to home posted on the board and said he went to install a program and spyware crusher installed it self on his sys and now he is gettin popups and spy ware i advised him to scan to see of it was a hi-jack which it was i wanted him to send a logfile to the board but apparently he has fixed the problem how i do not know so he must have paid for professional services i said i would post to BT and get the experts to read the log file but he went ahead and got advice we could do with a hi-jack expert at this board i was going to learn my self but i
