Have you tried this. I found it in some older notes i had ! It's all i could find on problems like yours ! Click Start and then click Control Panel. Under Programs, click Uninstall a program. In the Uninstall or change program list, click Windows Live Essentials. and then click Uninstall/Change. Click Remove one or more Windows Live programs. Select the programs that you want to uninstall, and then click Uninstall. Note: To completely remove Windows Live Essentials, select all the Windows Live programs. Maybe Pete will check back or one of the other Mods with some help suggestions ?? Chuck

Stormy, just stop & cancel the ESET Scan, i don't think anything is there or i would of found it !! AVG Removal Tool as parts of the program are still on your computer. Download and save AVG Removal Tool to your desktop >>> http://www.avg.com/f.../avgremover.exe Run it to remove AVG. Ok that was good ! Now for some clean up !! Clean up with OTL Right-click OTL.exe and select " Run as administrator " to run it. This will remove all the tools we used to clean your pc.
