Great job Jody ! Clean up with OTL Right-click OTL.exe and select " Run as administrator " to run it. This will remove all the tools we used to clean your pc. Close all other programs apart from OTL as this step will require a reboot On the OTL main screen, press the CleanUp! button Say Yes to the prompt and then allow the program to reboot your computer. You can now delete any tools we used if they remain on your Desktop. Hi Jody, ok lets finish cleaning some more !! 1. First Do you use Norton for antivirus protection ?? Reason i ask is it's considered a resource hog !! 2. You have way to many toolbars but i will leave them up to you if you need them or not !! 3. Uninstall via Programs and Features Click Start > Control Panel > Programs and Features. Locate and select the following that are present on the list and click the Remove button: If you want to keep any of these then leave them alone !! Kim, which version do You Have Windows 7 64-bit or 32-bit ?? You can try downloading which ever is for your system ! Download IE10 [32-bit Windows 7] Download IE10 [64-bit Windows 7] You should install any recommended updates in Windows Update before updating to IE10. Let me know if this helps ?? Chuck

Kim the problem is with Microsoft and their update from IE 9 to IE 10 !!!!! There are a lot of people having this problem I will look for a solution to the problem !! I will get back as soon as i find a solution ! Chuck

Yes Jody these programs must come back clean !! If you removed those 3 programs then it will clean them all this time !! They just kept coming back as long as they were installed !! Then i will need a OTL log from you !! Chuck

These are the 3 i needed you to remove !! myPCBackup Advanced System Protector RegClean Pro After you have removed the 3 programs we will need to run AdwCleaner & Malwarebytes when you can ! Did you remove Advanced System Protector and RegClean Pro ?? Chuck

Jody look in your add/remove programs an uninstall "RegClean Pro" it seems to be causing you some problems !! Registry cleaners are no good, i have never seen any that was use full !! Also this one !! 1.Click Start button on your taskbar and select Control Panel. 2. Under Programs category, click on Uninstall a Program option. 3. On the next page, select Advanced System Protector and click on Uninstall option. 4. Click the Yes button when prompted to uninstall the program. 5. Reboot This will remove Advanced System Protector from your system. Let me know how this goes ???? Those are t
