Hi Dave, look in add/remove/uninstall and remove this >>> optimizer pro ok you have gave me 2 AdwCleaner logs, i only need 1, You did not follow the instructions right (this happens a lot) so lets try this again. When you run adwcleaner it will scan your computer, after it is done you will be given the option to "Clean", click it ! Then post the new log !! Now run the Junkware tool/program & post it's log !! Now when you run Malwarebytes again please check the small box beside each that it found ! then the box that says "Remove Selected" And post that log !! Thanks Ch

Hey Robo, after it has run the scan you will have option to " Remove Selected". Click it & let it run again, make sure you check the box next to what is found ! Then post that Malwarebytes log ! Then run the other scans & they will open logs! Copy & paste them here !! Thanks Chuck

mama bear, you are quite welcome ! When it re-boots a few normal times it should speed up ! MS always takes a while to boot up, but when you search for specific sites or just Googling it should be a lot faster after the junk we cleaned ! Hi mama bear, ok lets continue, not much to go !! Clean up with OTL Right-click OTL.exe and select " Run as administrator " to run it. This will remove all the tools we used to clean your pc. Close all other programs apart from OTL as this step will require a reboot On the OTL main screen, press the CleanUp! button Say Yes to the prompt and then allow the program to reboot your computer.
