Using a small food funnel, add 1 teaspoon of freshly groung black pepper.Cover it, and shake. Put it in the freezer for at least three weeks. Shake every couple of days.You will have a hot spicy yet smooth pepper vodka drink after three weeks. Drink it straight out of the freezer.This recipe is from Rudy's Bar in New Haven.
