another one is to start one of those rent all you want in a moth accounts at a video rental store. then rent as many dvd movies as you want for the period of the trial account and use a dvd ripping program to copy them. wala free borrowed movies. i bet that you could get all your favorite movies in a month or so especially if you also have a dvd burner and copy them straight across. but that one is less legal. i wanted to do a music video of an anime called Berserk but it's a 8 disc dvd series that cost about $120 - $160. so instead i just paid the $14 trail account at block buster and rented

i do the same thing. i go to my local libraries website and request the one i want and when i get them home, iTunes wala now i've got a copy for ever. most of the music i want i can't get but they will order most anything for you if you request it. while it's technically just borrowing it's far far far safer than downloads. ahhh the advance of Educational Use License.

we'll just have to rely on our brains to extra cleaver and brilliant and make alot of funny references to good movies. i guess we'll see. i still say that it's so much easier to make a movie now with effects than 10 20 30 years ago. now i can just load the video into my computer and do what ever i want with it.
