Looks like a winner to me. And yes I would recommend buying a new PSU becuase the ones that come with cases are typically terrible.

If you have the money, I say go for that video card all the way. It will last you a while. Everything looks really nice, that should get great FPS in games.

Yep, do what Lefty said. Slide the card into the slot, remembering to remove the metal shield from the back of the computer case. Make sure its seated and screw it in where it touches the case. Boot up and the windows manager will come up. Cancel it and put in the drivers CD or download them from the manf. website.

I don't think you can 'make' a P4 'have' HT. It comes with it or not.
