I wouldn't be caught dead there. But if I ever was, LIKE IF I was having an out of body experience or just too drunk and stupid for being there in the first place, I'd give the server 20% and hope no one saw me. But that's just me. I hate corporate resaurants,

http://www.apple.com/support/downloads/itu...forwindows.html Doesn't work. I saved the itl and xml files, reinstalled them in iTunes 6, and get an error message that says that being that my .itl files are from a "newer version of iHell" (my words not their's) it will not open. This bull$%&t has been going on for two days now. I cannot use apple's itunes software. When I do get itunes to open ocassionally, I am missing all my playlists for 30 + gigs of music and podcasts and audiobooks. What i get is one big list of 3000 files all listed in a completely irelevent pattern: 1:Beethoven Symph

Usb Microphone Questions

It should be Plug n Play. You should look into Skype for the actual software though. It's rated very high. And free! -

List your iTunes issues. Maybe I can help. It is by far the best software for the iPod. Joe I spoke too soon. I just "upgraded" to iTunes 7 from iTunes 6. MAJOR MISTAKE! Read about my iTunes woes here. I was able to fix it and go back to version 6 after MANY reinstall/ deletes. My advice is to dump 7 and go back to 6. Unfortunately the older versions are hard to find. But I have the .exe files for 6. If you need them, PM me. Joe

I'd go with a dual core Dell Inspiron E1505 Of course you don't get all the options for the base price, but it's a good place to start. -
Wow! That brings up a very important point that I never really thought about. The internet, or at least the internet as we now know it with amenities such as this forum, has not been around for that long. We "befriend" people that we never would have been able to previously. And suddenly they are gone. Real life encounters (non virtual) offer simpler solutions usually. You KNOW when your neighbor doesn't come out of the house for a few weeks. You KNOW when your fellow workmate doesn't show up for a month. But we meet so many online friends now who we only know as that. And then they disappear.

I'd say something, but since no one ever gets shot in other countries there's really nothing I can ... HEY! Yes they do! BTW, that huge weapon looks like it'd be a TON of fun. I watched a video of someone shootin' up an abandoned car with one of those -- Awesome. I don't think about tickin' off someone with a firearm, I worry about maniacs in general. The only time someone tried to attack me (partially my fault -- I tried to "teach him a lesson" for HIS bad driving that almost killed me) he came after me with a pipe. Do they have pipes in Canada? Sorry, but you misread this JD. I wa

Yes. Go into the bios. You can usually set parameters there for AC and battery power restrictions.

Not true -- An idiot is an idiot and will not suddenly become a safe driver because you flashed your brake lights at 'em. But hey, ignore my thirty plus years of driving experience, what do I know? Maybe that brake check magically increased his brain power. Maybe lucky leprechans flew out of your taillights and taught the guy a lessen. Maybe that one incident will make him reconsider dangerous driving habits he's had for years and years. Naa-a-a-a-a-w-w-w-w! He thinks you're a jerk for tapping your brakes and that's it. And don't forget that here in the good ol' NRA........uh, .....I mean

I searched around for hours today on the web to find the best price from a trusted source for a 1 gig stick of Sodimm 200 pin PC 2700 Ram for my Inspiron 8200. I opted for Kingston. Seemed like the best value. Best price online was from Newegg for $117 plus $5 shipping. But then I found it at Circuit City for the same price and with the option to pick it up at my local store. So I drive over there and of course their price is $25 more than the stated price on their website. But I perservered and with the manager's help got it for $116 plus tax. I just installed it alongside my existing 512 sti

I agree completely with building a customer base by being inexpensive and giving a way some service for free. That has been what I have been doing: free data backup with reinstall(this can take an hour sometimes), free pickup and delivery(sometimes), reccomending free antivirus, instead of selling them some. When I deliver a computer, I will offer to reinstall their printer drivers, and free phone advice, many other things I should be charging for. All of these things could and maybe should be turned into real sales. I ponder this question all of the time. Charge more(going rate) for services

My pet peeve are the morons that drive five feet behind you. If they get any closer, they'll hook onto your bumper. I just returned from the Grand Canyon and decided to take the back roads home. Lot's of winding mountain roads with thousand foot drop offs, falling boulders, deer jumping in front of you, 20 mph speed limits. This one fool in particular tailed me within a few feet for miles where there was no where to let him pass. Very unnerving!
