Aww, Naming, you don't get clouds like that?!? I suppose most folks in Michigan would just take that for granted, but we always love to look at the sky when a front is rolling in. Not today!! No "Michigan Hurricane" this time, only typical boomer with "merely" 50mph wind gusts. I guess Dan and Bozodog maybe got a punch, though, according to the newscasts. Best thing, didn't lose power and no trees down around here. Phew. I must say that this morning when it got so dark I had to turn lights on (looked like 10pm at 11am), the first thing I did was brew a pot of coffee before the power went out. Best of all, her "heartquirk" has been caught and diagnosed, which means she will be monitored closely--which means chances of her having a second attack will be lessened! Oh my gosh, Robroy! I'm so glad she came out of it ok! My sister in law has stints from a heart attack, too--keep an eye on those things as she's had to have hers "tweaked" (not nearly as invasive as the original procedure, "piece of cake", she said) Spoil her rotten! Funny how you used DixieDorks as an example--I'm not a country music fan, either, but it was amusing how they "Bush bashed", lost fans, "apologized", lost more fans, "backtracked the apology", lost enough fans to have to cancel concerts--it was the "flip flopping" that irritated me. If I were a fan, I'd feel kinda taken advantage of.
