I had a couple of beers while watching the coca cola 600. then cranked up the sound system. Had to drown out the crap my son was playing hehe. Supposed to be nice weather again today so barbeque time. Water around here isn't warm enough for swimming yet, needs another week of good weather

I had a motorola (surfboard I think the model name) modem from the cable company when I first got cable internet, and it would keep dropping me off the net every time I let it sit for about 15 minutes. Complained to Adelphia, didn't do any good so I bought my own (D-Link) and had no trouble since. Had several friends who also had problems with the same model modem.

Me was the only item on the list that I ever tried. I never really tried it as I couldn't get it to install and run so after about 15 attempts I gave up and got Win 2k which I have run for about 5 years without problems

I guess that I needto upgrade from 10 to 10.1. I really like SuSe now that I am finally learning to do some things. Thanks for the info on the thumb drive, hadn't even tried to figure that out yet
