I would never slip a cop any money. They make enough just from their salary and benefits. Their smartest move would have been to pay me to leave then alone.

You don't boot into Windows to format. You need to go into the bios and set the floppy drive to first boot device then press F10 to exit and save. Have the WinME boot disk in the floppy drive so when the PC boots out of the Bios the boot disk will start and bring up the A:/> prompt. After the prompt you will type format C: and hit <Enter>.

XP? If you create this CD it contains Ghost. You will need to do it on a WinXP PC. UBCD4Win Follow the directions exactly. You can even download the trial version of Nero to help in creating it.
