O there's alot that Leo doesn't tell you guys. Believe me Leo and his sheep are a force to not reckon with. but rather than dig skeletons out of the closet i'll do what i've been doing and wish him the best of luck and continue to distance myself from the herd. i do hope that CFH does air in the US again, it was the best Computer Tech Help on TV. Welcome to BestTechie. i'm also having some trouble with the G4 site right now. but just in case. first figure out which os you have. (windows? Linux? Mac?) then just post your questions in the right spot. Windows Support Linux Support Mac i would also find out a few more things. what type of internet connection you have, are there just certain sites that run slow? is everything on the computer running slow or just the internet.?

exactly. i have been reading through out the day with looking for any flame wars, ready to use the PM button to talk to people. don't worry friends we'll be fine, it'll just take a little time, understanding and patience. after all we are here to help, even if it's just to lend our forum for a little venting for some shocked ExTechTv viewers.

ok sure there's the flame wars for no real reason, and the trolls, the flagrant banning and demodding, thinking that we are so dumb as to swallow the tripe that they say, and my personal favorite, the hidden back alley politics behind everyones backs, but what really gets me mad is how the treat us as just numbers, just more statistics and nothing more. we're not people to them.

for the newcomers from G4. if you'd like to get some better gas mileage out of your car got back to the beginning of this thread and read on. trust me, we accumulated a very good collection of tricks for getting better gas mileage. for example i've got a a 86 ford bronco, carborated 351, that i've fine tuned to about 26 - 28 mpg. most of what i did is in here and one other thread. most of it is a combination of alot of little things and some that average person can't do but most you can. good luck.

i wander if he can juggle balls while he backpedals on the unicycle. usually when we get this much smoke and mirrors there's a good cover charge.

i'm no CFH fan thanks to Leo but this is insulting to CFH. they deserve better than that. G4 has always treated CFH and TechTv fans like crap. it's so unfair.

well i tried this myself. yes it will only work on an intel system and only with Tiger. not Panther. also yes it is not legal but my personal opinion is loose when it come to legality this small. but do at your own risk. it takes a little fanagling and lots of patience but it runs pretty fast actually. way way much faster natively than using Virtual Pc and others. how ever i would not recommend doing this. i am having several little problems, after all your taking an os that wast written for a memory based system and putting it on a process based system. the biggest reason of why apple has ke

i know how you feel chappy. similar stuff happened to me before the Leoville meltdown. before i knew it a hand full of people and i got blamed for the whole thing when i didn't even have anything to do with it. this should be titled When Moderators Attach!! i hate it when there's all this back alley politics and Mods freak out and start deleting and locking like there's no tomorrow.

once again my Cafe' is under construction. don't worry most of it is still accessible and i had the coffee machines making plenty and donuts are already on the tables. construction will be done soon.
