that was a very broad answer, well if all you want is a broad suggestion then just get the biggest screened PowerBook that you can afford with at least 1 Ram and HD upgrades.

to bad that they don't have one for Mac, and i've already got the PCs running folding for Cancer research.

well it depends, what exactly will you primarily be using it for? the iBook is designed more for regular use for a regular user, the PowerBook is designed more towards professionals. Final Cut Pro, ect? also what is their budget?

yeah it weird, i'm finding alot of mixed reviews about them. you either have no trouble and get a stable fast connection or you got crap and the support sucks. those of you californians that can get roadrunner and such are luckier than me. everyone around here is paying twice the price for half the service and speed.

thanks for the help guys, i was so pissed last night at earthlink that i wasn't thinking straight. i got every thing squared away but i still need to change ISPs soon. so far the best deal in my area is with Adelphia but that's a promotion that just ended so who know what it'll be after december.

Do not overlook that the Fix a Flat is designed to be a temporary fix at best. It contains propane as a propellant and a liquid rubber compound which solidifies on contact with oxygen. It is not strong enough to make a permanent patch, only to seal around a nail or similar long enough for you to get it properly patched. Make sure to warn the repair shop that you used fix a flat so they make sure the employee who lets out the air is not smoking (propane has a nasty habit of exploding when it comes in contact with a hot cigarette or source of open flame). yes exactly, also one time i used fix
