well I've just tried Kerio and it has all the same stuff my Norton Internet Security 2003 had and it uses less resources. Glad you said something about it Dragon cause Keio kicks the crap out of Zone Alarm. It doesn't bug the crap out of me when I try to open up internet accessing program's (games). I like to have never have gotten Day of Defeat: Source workin with zone alarm. Norton would just minmize games to tell me but when zone alarm did it it would go all screwy and would half way try to minimzie. The bubble in the corner of the screen would be there but not visable. yes Norton and McAffee are both resource hogs. I usually had 550-650 MB of my 1024 free until I completely uninstalled norton. It boosted to 720 or so.

woah hold up. I've used PC133 RAM in PC100 slots just fine. I've even used PC 133 in PC 66 slots and it worked fine. It just didn't recognize all 64MB. I tonly saw 32MB. It was a 233MHz K6.

I may have to try that Kerio. Zone Alarm is kind of annoying. Like Norton annoying only norton was actually easier to configure for me. But lord knows I ain't spendin money on that crap again. My CD player (and most modern ones) supports MP3. I put about 80hrs worth on a CD-RW and change the music on it when I get tired of what I have put on it. Aslo, davisbaumung, what kind of CD player or radio are you trying to do this with. Is it possibe to get a link to what you have in a store or manufacturer site. If it is a factory radio, I definately suggest getting a new one unless the car is brand freakin new.

they sell testers from super cheap that just tell you if it is operating correctly to mega expensive (Pro) which tells you voltage and ampage or what not. What brnad is your PSU (Aspire right?) and what wattage (500W right?). If so I think tht might be enough. And you are talkin Dual GeForce 7600GT's in SLI right? bout time you came to the light side of nVidia. And also does your Mobo even support SLI? If so ......WHY DID YOU BUY AN ATI CARD? (never have understood why so many people bought SLI boards then got an ATI card)

a cheaper solution in multiple respects would just be to shut it down at night. no sound, no electricity being used. If you absolutely needed to replace i'd get a Forton. Otherwise leave it alone. I haven't heard anything about aspire being bad. I've heard Antecs are good, but Forton for anything would be my pick. In fact when I rebuild my system into an Aspire X-Plorer case I'm gettin a Forton PSU cause the case doesn't come with one. I just about can't stand my current ase any longer. It's fallin apart. The PSU that came with i is alright though. I have another use for it somewheres else.

THG Germany did it, but they suggest using motor oil cause it cools better. They used vegetable oil though cause it's clearer, and maybe cheaper. I'm not if it is cheaper. still it is HARD to do. Caulk and plexiglass, (you don't have to use plexiglass but still), you have to change the oil every so often. Talkin to your friends " Hey I gotta run, Need to change the oil in my computer."

why not use passive liquid cooling like the case being completely filled with vegetable oil or motor oil. Yes you can do that, I have a video of it. I'll never do that due to the time, money, effort, skill, and patience involved.

about Kenmore and whirlpool. This is my dad's philosophy. Whirlpool is good and so are others but if you put the Kenmore name on it, it turns to crap.
